Our Commitment
At Smiley Paint Supplies, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please read the policy below and reach out to us if you have any questions.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Contact us before returning any item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Custom Mixed Paint
Custom-mixed paints are non-refundable because they are prepared specifically for your paint code. Please double-check your paint code before ordering. If we mixed the wrong color due to an error on our end, we will remake it at no charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
