REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Automotive paints and body-shop chemicals cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our store, and custom-mixed paint is prepared specifically for your paint code. Please double-check your paint code, products, and quantities before placing your order — call us if you're not sure, we're happy to help you get it right the first time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement. If we mixed the wrong color due to an error on our end, we will remake it at no charge.
