Fusor® 121/124 flexible foam is a two-component, urethane based foam used for sound deadening and sealing/filling of door skins to crash bar, hood panel to supports, trunk panel to supports and gas tank filler area. Matched OEM foams. Size: 7.1 oz (210 mL) 10 sec work time, 10 min to paint, 1 hr full cure at 70F Versatile bonds to epoxy or urethane primed surfaces, weld through with minimal burn back Apply a bead of foam between the vibrating panels. Avoid dispensing material too quickly. Foam will expand approximately 10 times its original volume to fill voids or eliminate vibration. Environmentally Resistant – will not absorb moisture or cause corrosion. Excellent Appearance – matches OEM sound deadening foams.
