Transtar Universal Quick Sand Primer is a fast-drying, easy-sanding gray primer surfacer for application over existing OEM finishes, e-coat, or primer, mixed 1:1 to 1.5 with acetone and covering about 388 square feet per gallon at 1 mil. It sands to a fine featheredge in as little as 30 minutes; apply 2-3 medium wet coats with 10-15 minutes flash.
