SEM 38354 is a mild solvent blend to clean plastic, leather, and carpet prior to refinishing. U sed as the second step in refinishing these substrates. Qty: 1 qt can VOC: 744.9 g/l (Not for use in California) Leather and Plastic Application: After cleaning surface with 39362, apply directly to plastic or leather and wipe away any residue with a clean, damp, lint free shop towel. Carpet Application: After cleaning carpet with shampoo apply 38354 directly to carpet and scrub in all directions with a clean brush to remove any residue and let dry. Removes mold release, fingerprints, grease and oil Promotes adhesion of topcoat Will not soften or distort plastic parts
