The High Teck 8100 4:1 National Rule Universal Clearcoat is a professional-grade clearcoat designed for panel or overall automotive repairs. It offers excellent gloss, durability, and chip resistance with advanced technology. Easy to apply, it dries to a hard finish resistant to fading and discoloration. Fast air drying, 5 min flash, 45 min dust-free, 24 hr to buff at 70F. Can be force dried at 120F for 30 min for a quicker turnaround time
