8030 Eco-Clear offers a quality shine at an economical price. This affordable 2K urethane clearcoat delivers a high gloss, reflective finish for automotive and light industrial applications. Water white clear eliminates concerns of color change over silver or white basecoat. Size: (Clearcoat) Gallon, (Activator) Quart Mix Ratio: 4:1 with Activator Activator: Medium Pot Life: 2 hours at 68°F (20°C) Dry Times: Dust Free: 30 minutes at 68°F (20°C) Tack Free: 15 - 20 minutes at 68°F (20°C) Sand & Polish: 12 - 24 hours at 68°F (20°C) Force Dry: 15 minute flash: 40 minutes at 140°F (60°C) Sand & Polish: After 2 hour cool down Coverage: 388 square feet (36 meters) per gallon at 100% transfer efficiency, at 50 microns (2 mils) Repainting: After 24 hours at 68°F (20°C). Sand is recommended for best adhesion. After force dry recommendations are complete, allow cool down for 1 hour prior to sand and recoat.
