The PLIOGRIP SMC Bonding 35 min adhesive is a 2-part structural adhesive cartridge system intended for use in secondary plastic panel bonding (e.g.. roof skin, door skin, quarter panel and body panel). Used on OEM bonding applications for SMC, fiberglass, RTM, and carbon fiber materials . Use the included static mixing nozzle and a dispensing gun to repair most panels on today's heavy trucks. Size: 220 mL duo cartridge, green color 35 min work time, 1.5 hr clamp time, 2 hr to paint Repair of SMC, fiberglass, RTM, and carbon fiber body panels Can also be used for metal door skin bonding as long as e-coating or primer is present OEM approved adhesive for heavy trucks Simply scuff sand the bonding area, apply bead of adhesive, then clamp panels together for specified time.
