3M 08116 is a cost-effective two-part black epoxy panel bonding adhesive supplied in a 200 mL duo syringe cartridge for a fast cartridge-dispensing system. It bonds and seals steel, aluminum, SMC, and FRP replacement body panels in a single operation, curing in 24 hours, with a corrosion-inhibiting formula and heat-accelerated cure for long work times; it can be spot welded through or reinforced with rivets.
