USC 13 Medium Activator is for use with the USC 10 Universal 4.2 VOC Urethane Clearcoat in normal drying temperatures of 70 to 80F (slow or fast activators also available), packaged in a 1 quart size that mixes at a 1:4 ratio. It is a National Rule 4.2 VOC product not for sale in CA and other compliant states.
