USC 71 Activator is for use with the USC 70-1 High Build Hyper Clearcoat, packaged in a 1 quart liquid that mixes at a 1:4 ratio and yields a 2.1 VOC finish for low VOC compliant areas. It is ideal for one to two panel jobs with a quick 60 to 90 minute dry time to buff at 70F, working as a single activator across a wide temperature range.
