USC 14 Slow Activator is for use with the USC 10 Universal 4.2 VOC Urethane Clearcoat in elevated drying temperatures of 85F and above (medium or fast activators also available), packaged in a 1 quart liquid that mixes at a 1:4 ratio. It is a National Rule 4.2 VOC product not for sale in CA and other compliant states.
